Chelsea’s approach to consulting combines a practice of deep listening and observation, with keen analysis of team dynamics, and communication styles. The Art of Critique is a branch of programming Chelsea designed to support creative teams, Directors and Leaders in the cultivation of productive communication strategies. This programming offers structured creative experiences and facilitated reviews for design teams, as well as one-on-one coaching for Directors and Leaders to strengthen skills associated with presenting, listening and critique.
